Jonathan Savage
Managing Director
Background
After years of wondering, I was very recently diagnosed with ADHD myself. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of the everyday challenges so many people face — whether it’s struggling to stay organised at work, managing focus in school, or balancing energy and routine in sport and fitness. I know firsthand what it’s like to search for clarity, and that’s a big part of why Bright 360 means so much to me.
Bright 360 began as an idea shared between me and my current boss, an entrepreneur with lived experience of ADHD. We both saw the same problem: people in Ireland were waiting far too long for clear, accessible support. Together, we set out to build a service where ADHD assessments are simple, stress-free, and delivered with compassion — for both children and adults.
My own path here has been far from traditional. I started out as a personal trainer before moving into medical recruitment, specialising in Psychiatry. That role opened my eyes to the gaps in ADHD care and made it clear that I wanted to be part of a real solution. I’ve always believed that success isn’t about fitting into a mould — it’s about understanding your brain and learning how to thrive with it.
That’s what we aim to do at Bright 360: help people unlock their potential through expert-driven, patient-centred ADHD assessments.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching football, hyper-focusing on a new fitness challenge, or drinking far too much coffee. I’m always up for a chat — feel free to connect, I’d genuinely love to hear your story
